At handzencandle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable garden products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or installed
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Perishable items such as live plants

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Package the product securely in its original packaging
3. Ship the product to our return address, which will be provided upon return authorization
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return eligibility criteria.

Damaged or Defective Products
